He was a High School Teacher in Ba Ria, Vung Tau, Phuoc Tuy Province, South Vietnam, before 1975. Now, he lives in The City of Hercules, California, USA. He hold the Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Photography and TV Production at State University of New York, SUNY BROCKPORT in 1998. He was employed at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York from 1994 and retired in 2006. He is member of PSA (Photographic Society of America), and of APA (Artistic Photography Association , Hội Ảnh Nghệ Thuật Việt Nam tại Hoa Kỳ), He got the distinction A.FIAP of FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE L’ART PHOTOGRAPHIQUE – in Europe, ,- F.APA of APA (Artistic Photography Association , Hội Ảnh Nghệ Thuật Việt Nam) in USA ; A.CPE, Hon.CPE, and MS. CPE…of CAMPINA PHOTOGRAPHIC EXHIBITIONS SOCIETY in Romania; and Hon. FPMP of…. ; and G. APS; A. APS of AGILE PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY in , BANGLADESH.
